• To take notes or dictation from MD for tasks assigned and report as assigned.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with departments Heads/Managers and relevant persons. 
  • Maintaining  calendar of all upcoming events for MD
  • Drafting letters and other documents.
  • Handle & prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
  • Take and relay accurate and timely messages from callers and answer queries where possible.
  • Know-how of Travel Management/Arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized & easily accessible.
  • Monitor MD's room cleanliness, office stationary etc.
  • Undertake any other duties as ordered by the MD
