MISPL Telecom is looking for a professional and experienced Secretary to join our team at the DHA Multan office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations by managing tender documents, handling client correspondence, and maintaining organized records. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tender documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle email correspondence promptly with clients and vendors
- Maintain and systematically organize client and office records
- Assist management in daily administrative duties and coordination tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Secretary or Office Coordinator
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
