We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards. While retired personnel from the Army or Rangers are highly encouraged to apply, qualified civilians with the right experience and commitment are also welcome. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the security team to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Professionalism, vigilance, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential in carrying out all assigned duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Security Supervisor in ensuring smooth and efficient security operations throughout the premises. Perform all routine duties expected of a Security Guard, including monitoring and maintaining security equipment such as weapons and fire extinguishers. Enforce safety regulations rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with workplace policies. Secure warehouses and storage areas to protect materials from theft or unauthorized access. Address rule violations by warning individuals and, if necessary, taking appropriate action such as apprehending or evicting offenders, using force when required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including stock registers, visitor logs, and vendor entry/exit documentation. Additionally, carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support overall security objectives.

Required Qualifications
Preference will be given to retired Army or Rangers personnel, although civilian candidates with relevant experience and dedication are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be physically fit and energetic to meet the demands of the role. A minimum height of 5 feet 10 inches is required. Familiarity or experience with automatic weapons such as 222, 44 Bore, 223 Bore, Repeater, and Pump firearms is highly desirable. Candidates who possess such weapons will be given preference during the selection process.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Prior experience in security roles or military service is considered an advantage. This is a full-time position requiring physical presence at the work location. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
