We are looking for a committed Security Supervisor to lead and manage our security team, ensuring they are thoroughly trained and equipped to protect the organization’s property, guests, staff, and assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing security policies, conducting regular patrols, investigating incidents, and maintaining accurate security documentation. This role demands strong leadership abilities, keen vigilance, and the capacity to respond effectively to security challenges while promoting a safe and secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel, ensuring they receive proper training and are prepared to carry out their duties effectively.
- Enforce compliance with established security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational assets.
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises and respond promptly to any security incidents or safety concerns.
- Investigate security breaches thoroughly and compile detailed reports for senior management to assist in response and corrective measures.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to junior security staff to enhance their procedural knowledge and security awareness.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate security records and documentation.
- Keep abreast of current security trends and best practices to continuously improve security protocols.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey instructions, prepare reports, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage, motivate, and guide a security team.
- Strong observational skills and vigilance to detect potential security threats.
- Ability to remain calm and manage conflicts effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Thorough understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Physical fitness to perform regular patrol duties.
- Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on service and safety.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and writing detailed incident reports.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Completion of an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in security roles is required.
