• Contacting vendors and managing the meetings with Director Admin.
  • Arranging the quotes from qualified vendors.
  • Procurement of office supplies and other related items.
  • Overseeing and managing the maintenance and construction works.
  • Managing the petty cash.
  • Managing the contracts as per the company standards.
  • Transport management.
  • Gen set management. 
  • Keeping the records of all admin related files and database.
  • Supporting admin manager and director in their admin related tasks.
