Job Description

  • The corporate trainer must identify company training needs and undertake it along with the management.
  • Create a training schedule that is appropriate for session.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and training for all employees.
  • Providing product knowledge training.
  • Assist in setting training schedules.
  •  Taught all new employees the proper policies and procedures of the company, Division and Call Centre.
  • All types of training includes motivational, managerial, etc.
  • Strong MS Office training skills.
  • Provide incentives to new employees to motivate them to achieve goals.
  • Design effective training program for both new and existing call center employees.
  • Any other task assign by management of the company.
