Responsibilities:
· Assist the manager in preparation and review of the legal documents of the Company;
· Maintain the database of the contracts and legal documents of the Company;
· Liaison with the stakeholder department for execution of the contracts;
· Be able to independently complete legal research on day-to-day financial and business queries;
· Be able to appear before the judicial and quais-judicial authorities.
Required Skills:
· Sound knowledge of office tools i.e., MS Office, Excel and PPT
· know-how of legal risk identification;
· Know-how of challenges of commercial litigation;
· Have strong convincing skills;
· Fluent in English language (writing, reading and speaking).
