Sefam (Pvt.) Limited is hiring Business System Analyst to provide business intelligence and data analysis for the optimization of business processes. The positions also require evaluation of technology trends and to explore new systems.

The Job Description is:

1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

2. Keep up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

3. Performing requirements analysis.

4. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

5. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

6. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.

7. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

8. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
