- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project .
- Identify and negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Check and approve electrical and construction BOQ’s including specifications and scope of work.
- Supervise the work of onsite/offsite teams.
- Evaluate progress and preparing detailed reports.
- B.Sc. Civil + MBA (Preferred) and Project Management certification will be an advantage.
- Outstanding Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- B.Sc. Civil (Preferably from UET) + MBA (Preferred) and Project Management certification will be an advantage
