- Reviewing construction plans, designs, and drawings and preparing bar bending schedules accordingly
- Preparing Quantity take-off, BOQ, subcontractor bills/invoices, and analyzing all civil and MEP
- Related construction works
- Liaising with site managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Review & prepare shop drawings, Rate Analysis, BOQs, estimates, tender documents, abstract of materials etc.
- Maintaining a diary for all the subcontractor invoices/bills.
- Strong Grip on AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Tendering Rate Analysis and Financial Proposals.
