- Verification of payments to Vendors, Suppliers & Accounts Payables
- Supervise customer order Placement, preparation for supplier & Authorize purchase orders
- Analysis of financial statements and presentation to CEO
- Verify bank/Cash payments Vouchers as per attached details
- Finalization of Annual Report i.e. Balance Sheets, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows
- Reconciliation of customer, vendor, Supplier & Expense accounts
- Financial Management to meet the requirements.
- Foreign Principal Contract Payments Management.
- Govt. Institution, Private Customers & Army Bill Payments follow-up.
- Allocation of funds for indirect expenses as needed.
- Payroll and Salary Disbursement.
- Verify outstanding balances regarding accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- PSW Related Tasks i.e. EIF Application, Approval, Goods Declaration
- Preparation of Monthly Sales Tax Return
- Preparation of Annual Income Tax Return
- Over-look FBR Matters
- Any other task assigned by CEO.
