We’re looking for a high-level short-form video editor to help us create premium TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using our Google Flow + Veo 3.1 AI avatar system.
You must already be experienced with:
Fast-paced, viral-style editing
Modern text animations + captions
Seamless jump cuts, zooms, reframes
Adding b-roll, screen recordings, overlays, and transitions
Creating high-retention pacing (0–3 sec hooks)
Polishing AI-generated avatar footage into top-tier content
This is not for beginners or slow editors. You must understand:
What makes content go viral
Current TikTok/IG trends
Scroll-stopping framing
How to keep retention above 40–50%
Your tasks will include:
Taking our Veo 3.1 avatar clips
Adding captions, effects, sound design
Integrating b-roll + screen recordings (we’ll provide or you can create)
Delivering polished videos ready for upload
