This is a key role to deliver and promote online sales. Incumbent will work closely with the Information Technology department to oversee and manage online products. Main Responsibilities & Duties:
· Work closely with the IT team for new product development in Magento C-Panel.
· Provide efficient and superior service to clients with e-solutions.
· Effectively using the whole range of available online products, at the same time ensuring client satisfaction and acceptability.
· Manage website and ensure the contents quality are up to date and accurate
· Manage online sales and promotions and newly developed applications to meet usability and to drive online transactions.
· Assist in formulating, monitoring and implementing online sales strategies and developments as well as maximizing sales opportunities
· Continuously update the website with relevant updates and offers.
· Perform daily process checks and action queues, internal quality control checks, review and suggest better ways for the internal procedures.
· Provide relevant accurate information to online customers with other offered/promotional packages.
· Achieve expected transactions as per key performance indicators (KPI).
· Any other duties assigned by the management with the accepted scope of the position
