- Ensure compliance of all the prevailing laws implemented by the State Tax Authorities (Income & Sales Tax).
- Preparing & filling Tax returns according to need.
- Assist in tax audits as well as responding to tax notices.
- Review, identify and resolve tax related queries to ensure the company is compliant with each jurisdictions requirement.
- Ensure that all internal controls are being performed and properly documented.
- Review, analyze and reconcile all tax related accounts for accuracy and investigate to correct any discrepancies found.
- Assist in setting up different reporting of sales / income tax and business licenses.
