Must have 3-4 years of experience in following:
- Strong organization, analytic and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Fast learner, proactive and able to work independently and efficiently
- Driven and not scared of facing new challenges
- Good at take initiative, help do things better
- Work under pressure
- 3-4 years of experience in Manual Software Testing.
- Experience with iOS & Android mobile app functional & UI testing
- Expects to find problems, not just to verify that everything is working fine.
- Experience with QA automation techniques
- Experience with at least one testing tools/frameworks like Mercury (QTP), Silk, Open Source tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Sahi etc
- A rich breadth of experience in testing web, API and mobile fundamentals
- Exposure to basics of languages, like Java or C# or Ruby, etc
- Awareness of basic object oriented programming concepts
- Experience in writing, executing and validating tests across the full test spectrum of functional and cross-functional (like performance, load, UAT, security,etc)You thrive at adapting to changing environments
- Experience with professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

- Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements.
- Experience improving product test coverage and effectiveness
- Experience in interacting and coordinating test activities amongst multiple teams
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to generate and communicate meaningful development metrics
