We are analyzing interactions that occur between phone agents and customers that call their business. This position is responsible for performing analysis of recorded phone calls. Responsible for identifying key words and phrases that occur in the recordings, analyzing result set and search queries and identifying if calls were flagged correctly.
Work requires extensive use of Excel and proprietary software systems. Requires excellent English comprehension and writing skills. Must be an analytic thinker and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively. .
