Sendissa Transportation is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Agent for Truck Dispatch to join our remote team. This role focuses on onboarding owner-operators and trucking companies to utilize our dispatch services effectively. The ideal candidate excels in client relationship management, customer service, and communication. As a Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client base by generating leads, presenting services clearly and professionally, and fostering long-term connections with carriers.
This full-time or part-time remote position requires self-motivation, a target-driven mindset, and effective remote work skills. Experience in truck dispatch sales, freight brokerage, or the trucking industry enhances success but is not mandatory. You will collaborate closely with the dispatch team during onboarding to ensure a seamless client transition. A stable internet connection and appropriate technology setup are essential for performance and communication.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to owner-operators and trucking companies to introduce our dispatch services.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, social media engagement, load boards, and other online platforms.
- Clearly explain the benefits and features of Sendissa Transportations dispatch services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with carriers by understanding their needs and providing timely support.
- Consistently follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team after onboarding clients to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and tools such as DAT and TruckStop to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing time efficiently and prioritizing high-impact leads.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and client needs to help improve service offerings and sales processes.
