- Complete knowledge of accounts payable transaction cycle.
- Able to finalize vendor's payments & prepare BPV of all types of payments.
- Maintain vendor's ledger with updated reconciliation & updated aging.
- Knowledge of WH Income Tax & Sales Tax Rates & active and non-active concept.
- Recording of all bank statement transactions (e.g. bank loan disbursement and adjustment, bank charges, LC charges, etc.)
- Upload an excel file on the bank's portal as & when required.
- Assist in reporting to management as & when required.
- Filing & responsibility of all related vouchers and working.
