This role focuses on conducting in-depth research and data analysis to develop and implement solutions that drive organizational efficiency. The successful candidate will leverage analytical tools and technologies to analyze large datasets, uncover improvement opportunities, and build an analytics platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to optimize resource allocation, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and support strategic initiatives aimed at business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to enhance overall business efficiency.
- Identify and establish sustainable synergies across various business functions to improve collaboration and performance.
- Explore new business opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to foster growth.
- Work closely with senior management to recommend strategies and business plans related to sales, marketing, product development, and other cross-functional areas.
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and tools to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and sustain an analytics platform, empowering cross-functional teams to optimize resource use and track KPIs effectively.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with stakeholders across departments to drive continuous improvement in business delivery.
- Design workflow templates to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
- Conduct gap analyses of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), drafting and implementing necessary policies.
- Perform data analytics to evaluate impact and prioritize projects accordingly.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess and enhance processes.
- Lead quality and efficiency projects, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Extract and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools to produce actionable reports.
- Gather and maintain data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets to support informed decision-making.
- Clean and filter data to maintain usability and precision.
- Partner with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Define and implement new process improvements to align with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, analytical thinking, process improvement, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in planning roles, strategic initiatives, or related fields.
