Senior Cybersecurity Operations Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of security analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and proactive defense.
- Drive the adoption of automation and orchestration (SOAR) to streamline incident response, reduce manual efforts, and speed up threat detection.
- Leverage machine learning and AI to elevate threat detection capabilities beyond traditional rule-based systems, turning data into a strategic security asset.
- Design and implement proactive threat hunting strategies to uncover vulnerabilities and adversaries before alerts are triggered.
- Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for the Cyber Fusion Center, scaling its capabilities in alignment with the rapid growth of the Super App. Take full ownership of security tools, technologies, and strategy, acting as the CEO of the Cyber Fusion Center.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, IT, legal, and fraud teams to embed security into all development and response processes.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in leading Security Operations teams or Cyber Fusion Centers, with experience in building and managing high-caliber talent.
- Strong expertise in SIEM, EDR, network security, cloud security, and threat intelligence platforms, with a solid understanding of modern security technology stacks.
- A passion for automation and hands-on experience implementing it to enhance operational efficiency; familiarity with SOAR platforms is highly desirable.
- Interest and experience in applying AI and machine learning to cybersecurity challenges, with innovative ideas for real-world applications.
