- Prepare, post and file all Payment and Receipt vouchers, Debit & Credit vouchers, Journal vouchers on daily basis etc.
- Maintain schedule for timely payment for utility, rental and other vendor payment.
- Maintain insurance & contract file and ensure timely renewal.
- Maintain custody of all cash book and cheque books. Prepare cheques and deposit slip for directors.
- Maintain regular corresponding & visit with banks from time to time for bank letters, statements and other investments opportunity.
- Prepare and maintain documents for Vendor / Customer Registration.
- Prepare dealers billing on weekly basis and customer reconciliation.
- Prepare service & other payment vouchers from time to time.
- Maintain monthly reconciliation of bank account and ensure that it remain active all the time.
- Prepare Annual Income Tax and Wealth statement u/s 114 and its relevant documentation.
- Maintain filing of all relevant documents required for Audit purpose.
- Maintain monthly report for director personal expenses / withdrawal.
