• Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Attend to staff grievances and resolve their problems amically
  • Support the HR admin duties for the department
  • Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with all local employment regulations.
  • Work with operations team on all HR related issues.
  • Manage the Employee Leave administration.
  • Prepare HR reports for submission to Management
  • Oversee the malignance for office equipments and facility
  • Any other duties assigned by Management.
