We are looking for an HR professional to join our reputable US-based IT venture. This position is specifically for candidates having hands-on experience in recruitment & selection, talent management, employee relations in the IT sector.
- Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talent
- Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Link an organization’s management with its employees
- Plan and oversee employee benefit programs
- Serve as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resource issues
- Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary proceduresEmployee relations, grievance handling, PM, T&D etc
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- 2 – 5 years of professional HR experience in the IT sector.
- Hands on experience on the hiring process
- Sound knowledge of different HR functions
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- BBA/MBA in HR is preferred
