Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate account activities with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and achieving individual KPIs.
- Engage and communicate effectively with new accounts on the Careem platform to drive partner acquisition and onboarding.
- Influence and negotiate with external stakeholders to support decision-making and foster partnership growth.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to enhance processes and improve customer experience.
- Execute plans with excellence while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and incorporate new insights.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer-facing commercial or operational roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple external stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to be an early team member contributing to the development of structure and strategy.
- Commitment to a culture of high performance, momentum, and purpose.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
