  • Manage and supervise all bakery outlets.
  • Supervise all baking and branch staff
  • Ensure that bakery is adequately stocked with all the supplies and baking ingredients.
  • Inspect bakery items to ensure the established standards on quality and uniformity
  • Creating suitable work schedules for staff member
  • Hiring suitable bakery staff and ensuring all the bakery operations are completed on time
  • Keep an eye on the sanity and cleanliness of bakery.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
