• Evaluate, negotiate and Draft a wide variety of civil / technical contracts.
• Maintain records of correspondence and Signed contracts and those in progress.
• Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
• Evaluate technical demands of users.
• Solve any contract-related problem.
• Negotiate rates for hiring machinery & aggregate material.
• Assist Head of Department in technical assignments.
• Discuss technical matters with respective Director before drafting contract.
• Look after the progress of technical assignments.
• Report progress of development work to Department Head.
