Senior MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team at Ropstam Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of modern web technologies and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications using the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Write clean, optimized, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Integrate front-end components with back-end services to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience. Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to transform design concepts into interactive interfaces. Identify and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and functionality. Stay current with the latest trends, frameworks, and tools in the JavaScript ecosystem. Manage application deployments, scaling, and ongoing maintenance on AWS infrastructure. Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS to optimize application performance. Use Git for version control to support efficient team collaboration. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack. Strong front-end development skills, including proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for server-side development. Deep understanding of MongoDB database architecture and operations. Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs. Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux. Working knowledge of AWS services and DevOps workflows. Strong architectural design skills with a focus on performance optimization. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
