We are currently seeking a motivated sales professional to lead B2B IT hardware sales efforts, targeting both new client acquisition and managing repeat purchases from existing clients. This role demands a confident individual capable of building strong client relationships and consistently meeting sales targets in a dynamic, on-site environment based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B IT hardware sales while managing client re-purchasing activities effectively.
- Identify and secure new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Negotiate and close high-value sales deals with confidence and professionalism.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction by facilitating smooth post-sales delivery and support processes.
- Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the CRM system to reflect current client interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales, including managing client re-purchasing.
- Strong B2B sales background with exposure to the UAE, UK, or USA markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in managing client relationships independently.
- This role is focused purely on sales and does not involve marketing or customer support responsibilities.
