The company is seeking innovative AI professionals who can leverage AI to develop impactful tools, automate workflows, and enhance both customer experiences and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of internal FinOps tools focused on AWS cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement cost visibility and governance aligned with AWS budget requirements.
- Develop and maintain anomaly detection systems to quickly identify unusual spending patterns, ensuring costs reflect actual usage.
- Automate data pipelines and cost analytics workflows using AWS services such as Athena, Glue, QuickSight, and S3.
- Continuously improve cost monitoring dashboards to enhance data accuracy, reliability, and coverage.
- Work with internal stakeholders to enforce governance and budgeting policies through automation and alerting mechanisms.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain the reliability and availability of FinOps tools and systems.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, preferably with exposure to FinOps or cloud cost management.
- Deep expertise in AWS services, pricing models, and cost optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and dashboarding tools such as Athena and QuickSight.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Athena, Glue, QuickSight, and S3 for cost data analysis and visualization.
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals, including cluster management, workload orchestration, and the impact of scaling on cost and resource utilization.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, alongside monitoring and alerting systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical metrics into financial insights.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across engineering and finance teams.
