Senior Site Reliability Engineer II

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer II (L10) position within the Storage & Infrastructure team plays a critical role in building, scaling, and automating core data services that support both traditional workloads and AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, scale, and maintain cloud-native data systems on AWS to ensure high availability and performance.
- Automate storage operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Pulumi, enabling repeatable and reliable deployments.
- Support AI infrastructure components, including vector databases like Milvus, Weaviate, or Pinecone, essential for advanced machine learning workloads.
- Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers and platform teams to support services powered by large language models (LLMs).
- Optimize and monitor system performance using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to maintain operational excellence.
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to post-incident reviews, driving continuous improvement in system reliability and incident response.
- Design secure, scalable, and cost-efficient environments that are AI-ready and capable of supporting next-generation intelligent agents.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience managing distributed systems at scale, demonstrating a strong operational mindset.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, or Bash for automation and tooling.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, with a preference for AWS expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with distributed systems technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
