Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize Careem’s operations and elevate customer experience.
- Design, build, and deploy tools that automate workflows and increase efficiency across various business functions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can add value and drive impact.
- Stay updated with the latest AI research and techniques to solve complex challenges and innovate internal systems.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable AI platforms that support Careem’s ongoing growth and expansion.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models to ensure they perform reliably and efficiently in production environments.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related disciplines, with hands-on experience applying AI technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, particularly Python.
- Experience working with machine learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and develop predictive models or automation workflows.
- A problem-solving mindset combined with curiosity and a drive to innovate and improve existing processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
