The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer skilled at increasing organic traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and managing the entire customer journey from discovery through acquisition. This role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, strategic marketing insight, and experience in sales management to boost both the visibility and revenue of our SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings. Optimize both on-page and off-page SEO elements, conduct thorough technical SEO audits, and design content strategies that align with business goals. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Work closely with content and product teams to ensure SEO initiatives support overall brand objectives. Manage lead generation efforts, monitor conversion funnels, and oversee sales pipelines to maximize customer acquisition. Create and analyze performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms. Support sales planning, client outreach, and retention strategies tailored specifically for SaaS customers.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years of proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies. Hands-on experience with SaaS product marketing is essential. Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization techniques. Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and results clearly. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as content, design, and product management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth hacking is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing automation will be considered an advantage. Prior experience managing CRM systems like HubSpot or Pipedrive is a plus. This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive monthly salary range of Rs20,000 to Rs50,000.
