Call Center Representative

We're looking for energetic and fluent English-speaking Call Center Representative to join our customer support and sales team. You'll be responsible for calling potential clients in Canada and the USA to promote our SEO and digital marketing services.

Eligibility Criteria:

O Levels / A Levels / Master’s in English preferred Minimum education: Intermediate (FA/FSc)
Excellent spoken English is a MUST Prior call center or customer support experience is a PLUS Must be confident, presentable, and target-oriented

Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to international clients (Canada/USA)
Clearly communicate services offered by SEOMasterz
Maintain a professional tone and rapport with potential clients
Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for commission
Provide feedback to improve the call scripts and sales process
Update CRM with accurate call details and follow-ups

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: Rs. 35,000/month
