Requirements:
- Understanding existing systems and business models.
- Meet and coordinate with internal stakeholders to establish project/change scope, system goals, and requirements.
- Develop, analyze and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
- Translating requirements into specified project briefs.
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements (where required).
- Conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
- Conducting impact analysis.
Skills Required:
- Good Analytical and Communication Skills
- Basic knowledge of Programming, MS Office and SQL Server
- Understanding of US Healthcare domain will be a plus
- 1 plus year of experience
