- Manage, Configure, Maintain and troubleshoot Servers and Cloud environments including Hypervisors, DC, RDS, Clustering, IIS Web/Application Servers
- Manage, Configure, Maintain and troubleshoot Azure Cloud environments including Azure load balancer, App Services, Dev-Ops and high availability
- Administration of Office 365 Services: Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 Groups and other Office 365 collaboration-focused applications
- Monitoring system and application performance & log management to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely
