Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell cleaning equipment products to local and international clients
- Identify new business opportunities in B2B markets (hotels, hospitals, industries, cleaning companies)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients
- Assist in developing marketing strategies for cleaning equipment products
- Promote products through email campaigns, social media, and trade platforms
- Gather market insights on competitors and customer demand
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, quotations, and catalogs
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into sales
- Handle after-sales communication and support coordination
- Maintain strong knowledge of all cleaning equipment products and their specifications
- Explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers clearly
- Stay updated on new product launches and improvements
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer database and sales records
