Server4Sale is looking for an “Admin Assistant” for its Karachi Office.

Admin Assistant Skills and Qualifications(Must Have):
Previous experience of 6 months or more in the same role.
Strong Reporting, Administrative Writing, and Problem Solving Skills
Proven hands on experience in MS Office, Google Docs, Organization Administration, Managing Processes, Inventory Control, and Supply Management.
Ability to analyze information, maintain records, and update timely with strong communication skills.
Strong command of managing janitorial staff, vendors, and other administration related contacts.
Hands on managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing weekly / monthly reports, maintaining filing systems, and updating office policies / procedures.
Nice To Have:
Bachelor’s degree
Relevant certifications
Valid driver’s license
