Server4Sale is looking for a remote Assistant Technical Project Manager to manage IT projects, paralegal work, technical documentation, proposals, and legal contracts.
Being a Technical Project Manager & Paralegal at Server4Sale, you’ll lead projects our clients bring to us and interact with the product, development, support teams, and influence teams that design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve the software.
You will develop cross-team processes and configure tools to increase team productivity and collaboration.
Being the in-house paralegal, you will manage documentation for all legal contracts, proposals, NDAs, Agreements, Joint Ventures (JVs), etc.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a project plan in order to deliver best-in-class software through the SDLC
Manage the execution of deliverables, both short and long-term, via clearly defined milestones, and timelines
Execute on several projects concurrently, with a remote & distributed Engineering team, while balancing competing priorities
Facilitate and solidify project processes by creating, managing, and updating documentation
Keep stakeholders informed of day-to-day project statuses, updates, and risks
Cultivate relationships across engineering and technical teams while serving directly as the end-to-end liaison
Identify solution paths for competing requirements while managing stakeholder preferences
Demonstrate product knowledge, and facilitate the development of requirements in consideration of known technical capabilities and limitations
Manage documents, prepare drafts of corporate documentation, including client proposals, contracts, HR documents, agreements, etc.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills, rigorous attention to detail, critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Product/Project Management experience in technical cross-functional projects.
Strong knowledge of project management processes including Agile, Kanban, Waterfall
Experience managing large teams on complex high-profile projects
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Previous work experience with a software or technology company, or with a law firm department providing technology law services is a plus.
