Server4sale is looking for a dynamic coordinator to the Technical Director to assist him with the daily operations. If you are looking for a role that has considerably more scope than the traditional personal assistant, then this may be the right opportunity for you.
This role is vital in enhancing the Technical Director’s effectiveness and will involve handling high profile client interactions, recovery of payments, and determining agendas for executive level meetings, all while preserving strict confidentiality and diplomacy.
As well as the traditional diary and e-mail management and support services that you would expect, you will make appropriate decisions, use your initiative and get involved in other activities, such as:
- Plan and recommend meetings
- Provide briefings for upcoming meetings by collecting and analyzing all necessary information
- Respond to telephone and social media comments, queries and requests such as Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Core Responsibilities
- Assisting Technical Director in Marketing and Operational activities.
- Collecting different kind of data for marketing purpose
- Liaison between different departments to make sure smooth flow of work
- Working with higher management
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all the support department.

- Maintain Documents of Directors
- Coordinate with external Stakeholders
- Social media monitoring and management
