Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education
- Introductory knowledge of security concepts: AV, Firewall, etc.
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Familiarity with ISMS and security frameworks, particularly NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to excel in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Security monitoring & incident response; vulnerability management; security administration
- Gathering, reporting and delivery of security metrics
- Research and documentation development
- Various small projects and process assistance as needed Minimum Qualifications
- Malware/Virus removal and analysis
- Phishing mailbox monitoring and remediation
- Threat feed monitoring and updating
- SIEM tool incident monitoring
- SIEM tool dashboard/reporting creation and monitoring
- SOC monitoring
