Server4sale is looking for young, dynamic, and enthusiastic professionals as Accountant to assist with the daily tasks of different clients.
- The applicant should have good communication skills and strong basic accounting concepts.
- Training in Xero, Excel and QuickBooks will be provided as most of the work requires excellent knowledge of these applications.
Qualification: BBA, MBA ACCA, ICMA
Office timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects.
- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures.
- Updating financial records via accounting software.
- Gathering payroll expenses and input into the appropriate entry line.
- Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management.
- Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets.
