Management Trainee Officer shall be provided a structured and comprehensive grooming relevant to the field of Marketing & Sales. MTOs shall be provided the foundations of tendering process. They shall deal with (but not limited to), the following areas:
- Hunting for relevant tenders.
- Assist in conceiving, developing & execution of descriptive proposals.
- Contribute towards the development of the project plans and detailed reports ensuring the subject matter quality accordingly.
- Liaison and coordination with rest of the project team and field force to execute planned activities and assist them on technical & operational issues regarding the developmental sector projects.
