Trademor, one of the official Channel Partners of Alibaba in Pakistan, is looking for a competitive and passionate Services Executive to be a part of the team for the servicing of their clientele in Wazirabad.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction while improving the quality of service.

Responsibilities:

• Work as Alibaba’s certified services representative in the Global market for Alibaba.com.

• Providing excellent quality services to our international clients.

• Conduct international market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Handle complaints or objections.

• Working as a team member to be the PoC with our international partners.

• Provide regular trainings to our on-boarded clients on how to use the platform.

• Proven experience in E-Commerce Customer services.

• Hands on experience with E-Commerce Platforms, CRMs, A&V etc

• Proficiency in English language.

• Thorough understanding of customer handling and negotiating techniques.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and pitches.

• Team player and collaborative.
