We are looking for a talented Developer to join our IT Infrastructure Services team based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing solutions within the ITSM and ITOM modules on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires applying industry best practices to address complex business challenges while working closely with ServiceNow Business Analysts and functional teams. The Developer will take full ownership of incident management and remediation activities, ensuring timely resolution and continuous enhancement of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust solutions on ITSM and ITOM modules in alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with ServiceNow Business Analysts to gather detailed requirements and explore viable solution options.
- Own complex business requirements and drive them through to successful implementation.
- Manage the incident queue proactively, focusing on remediation and timely resolution.
- Partner with the ServiceNow functional team and external development partners to deliver requested features and enhancements.
- Configure and enhance both core and custom ServiceNow applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Maintain and improve workflows, flow designs, scripts, UI designs, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and business rules.
- Configure and manage notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters to optimize user experience and functionality.
- Utilize working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM integrations, leveraging out-of-the-box spokes or APIs for seamless connectivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in ITSM and ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
