Servicenow Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow development to join our IT Infrastructure Services team based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM, along with proficiency in using the Flow Designer tool to build and automate workflows. This role demands a professional who can effectively lead projects while applying technical skills to drive improvements in IT service operations and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee ServiceNow development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet business goals.
- Utilize deep understanding of the ITSM module to enhance IT service management processes.
- Maintain and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support accurate IT operations.
- Employ ITOM module features to optimize IT operations management and automation efforts.
- Design and implement efficient workflows and automation using the Flow Designer tool within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote service improvement initiatives and maintain seamless IT service operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong proficiency in ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM modules of the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with Flow Designer for creating workflow automation within ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management skills, particularly focused on IT service improvement and operations.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure services and the ability to manage complex IT projects effectively.
