We are looking for a Senior Php+Laravel application developer that will stand out from the crowd, and be willing to join our firm. There will be the right package for the right candidate. Working days will be Monday to Saturday, with a 45 minutes break on a daily basis in a friendly and flexible environment where you will be feeling like a home.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with others to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain our products and websites.
- Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of our products and websites.
- Write clean, well-designed code.
- Troubleshoot and test core product software to ensure strong optimization.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery,
- Server Management
- OOP, design patterns.
- Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization
- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, tools, and PHP skills
Experience:
1+ years in relative field.
Salary:
Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
