- Evening Fixed Timings - (6 PM - 3 AM) Evening
- Day: Mon to Fri ( Sat & Sun Off )
- Start: Immediately - Full-Time
- Location: Shah Jamal, Lahore
- Salary: 20k to 35k ( Depending on English fluency & relevant experience )
- This position is responsible for following up on patient medical claims with the insurances and fixing denials/rejected claims to collect the maximum claim payments for the medical providers.
Description of Job:
- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on medical unpaid claims and rejections using billing software & insurance portal
- Convince the insurance for payment of their outstanding claims.
- Appealing denied claims
- Ability to analyze patient accounts and determine next appropriate action for the collection of account receivables
Requirements:
- Must have year international calling experience and fluency in English
- Previous experience in Account Receivable would be preferred
- Bachelor degree or equivalent Strong Microsoft word, Excel and email writing skills
- Excellent knowledge of coding, billing cycle and insurance guidelines
