As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work with a team of professionals to resolve customer issues and provide a positive customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Direct customers to online resources.
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
- Pitch ideas for improving customer care.
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
- Attend weekly staff meetings.
- Participate in team-building activities.
- Develop a rapport with customers.
- Encourage customers to complete surveys.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Less than 01 year of experience .
- Can use MS. Office.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
