We are currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee the production process and ensure on-time deliveries in the field of surgical instruments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and evaluate the entire production process.
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting.
- Provide an overview and manage the production flow of the business.
- Evaluate supplier performance.
- Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff.
- Set productivity goals for each segment.
- Assess project and resource requirements.
- Complete the production plan by scheduling and assigning tasks and work.
- Ensure that the production schedule aligns with the agreed forecast and sales demand to prevent any product shortage.
- Take responsibility for proper production planning of finished goods to ensure on-time delivery.
- Meet daily and monthly production targets.
- Maximize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials as per plans.
- Check the availability of required raw materials.
Requirements:
- Intermediate / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of production experience.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
The salary range for this position will be based on the quality and experience of the candidate. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
