We are looking to hire Customer Sales & Support Representative for abaya.pk/zivni.com. Candidates, having 2-3 years of experience in the similar role with minimum bachelor’s level qualification, excellent communication skills and expertise in customer-services/sales & customer-handling may share their updated profiles with us.
Job Responsibility includes:
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Strong Follow-ups with the Courier Service Providers and with the customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries on calls/Social Media platform and maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
- Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging/resolving customer complaints.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs and maintain the assigned call pick up ratio (Inbound and outbound calls).
- Processing orders and requests of customers and keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Prepare Monthly and weekly reports as per requirements and contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
